Terms of use
Using PrimoRec is governed by Apple’s standard license agreement for App Store apps, with a few points explained here.
The agreement
PrimoRec is licensed, not sold, under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). That document governs your use of the app.
Free and Pro
Downloading and using PrimoRec is free, with one video a day, automatic vertical included. Pro is a one-time App Store purchase, with no subscription, that removes the daily limit and unlocks the Pro features for good on your Apple ID and for your family through Family Sharing.
Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, under the App Store’s rules.
Your videos are yours
Everything you record with PrimoRec belongs to you. We have no access to your videos and claim no rights over them. You are responsible for what you record and publish, including having permission from the people who appear in it.
Privacy
The app collects no personal data. The details are in the privacy policy.
